As a full-service studio for both design and production, PapierRomantik combines aesthetic sensitivity with a deep understanding of your wishes. Together, we select the ideal combination of materials, finishes, and design elements that reflect your personal story – with elegance and intention.
If desired, you’re also welcome to leave the creative direction entirely in my hands. Whether you have a clear vision or limited time, the process is designed to be effortless and tailored to your needs.

The Journey to Your Bespoke Stationery

1 | Inquiry Questionnaire

Send me an inquiry via the contact form, and I’ll get back to you with a link to my online questionnaire.
Once you’ve filled it out in as much detail as possible, I’ll prepare a tailored design proposal for you.

2 | Quote Consultation

If the offer suits you, we’ll arrange a personal consultation – either online or at my studio.
After written confirmation, the first invoice (covering the design fee and the first product) becomes due. Once payment and all necessary details have been received, I’ll begin the design process.

3 | Design Process

You’ll receive the first draft of your bespoke stationery within two weeks.
You can then share any feedback or revision requests. I’ll implement your changes within 5–7 business days.
Three revision rounds are included; additional edits are billed based on actual time required.

4 | Print Approval

You’ll receive a realistic digital preview to give you a clear impression of the final result.
Once approved, production begins – depending on the level of finishing and assembly, this takes around 2–3 weeks.

5 | Production Shipping

Production usually takes 2–3 weeks, depending on the level of detail and finishing.
Your stationery is carefully packaged and shipped as insured delivery. Optional service: Upon request, I can send your stationery directly to your guests.

6 | Further Stationery

After the invitations comes the Day-of stationery.
To ensure timely delivery, please get in touch at least eight weeks before your desired completion date and provide all required content.
The base design is already in place – but the layout, text and individual elements will be created specifically for your next pieces.

Investment

PapierRomantik couples typically invest between €2,500 and €8,000 in their bespoke full stationery suite – from save-the-date cards and invitations to menus, day-of details, and thank-you notes.

Availability

PapierRomantik accepts only a limited number of Couture stationery projects each year.
To secure your place and allow enough time for the design process, please reach out at least 3–4 months before your desired delivery date.
