Custom stationery at PapierRomantik transforms your ideas into artistic designs that not only inform but also tell stories. Each piece is crafted with the utmost care and dedication, perfectly reflecting your personal style and wishes.

The Path to Custom Stationery

1 | Inquiry Questionnaire

You send me an inquiry through my contact form. I respond with a link to my online questionnaire. After you’ve filled it out as thoroughly as possible, I create a custom quote for you.

2 | Quote Consultation

If you agree to the quote, we discuss all further details in a personal consultation (online or in person at my studio). After written confirmation of the quote, the first invoice for the design fee and the first product becomes due. Once I receive the payment and have all the necessary information from you, I begin designing your stationery.

3 | Design Process

Within two weeks, you’ll receive the first draft of your custom stationery. You then have the opportunity to express change requests and make corrections, which I implement within another 5-7 working days. Three revision cycles are included; changes beyond that are charged based on working time.

4 | Print Approval

You receive a digital, realistically presented draft to get an accurate picture of how your stationery will look in the end. A fully finished proof print is possible upon request and for an additional charge. Production then begins. This takes 2-3 weeks depending on printing enhancements and finishing.

5 | Production Shipping

Production takes 2-3 weeks depending on the desired enhancements and finishing. Afterward, it is well-packaged and sent to you in an insured package. Service: Direct shipping to your guests Upon request, I can send your stationery directly to your guests.

6 | Further Stationery

After the stationery is before the stationery! For additional stationery products (invitation cards day-of stationery), contact me at least eight weeks before the desired completion date with all necessary information. While the basic design is already established, your information (text content, etc.) forms the foundation for the additional products and will be created individually.

Investment

The average PapierRomantik couple invests between €2,500 and €8,000 in their custom complete set, which ranges from save the date cards to invitations and menu cards, as well as other components for the big day and thank you cards.

Capacity

PapierRomantik accepts only a limited number of couture stationery projects per year. Therefore, please contact us early, at least 3-4 months before the planned mailing date, to reserve your spot and allow sufficient time for the development of your custom stationery.
