The Ordering Process

1 | Selection Design

Choose your preferred design from the PapierRomantik Collection – the one that best suits you and your upcoming event.
The Collection Guide offers an overview of available customizations to help you select the perfect fit.

2 | Inquiry Quote

Submit your chosen configuration via the Collection contact form.
Within 3 business days, you’ll receive a tailored proposal based on your selections and preferences.

3 | Confirmation

If the proposal meets your expectations, simply confirm it in writing.
Any remaining questions can be clarified by email – a personal consultation by phone can be added upon request.

4 | Payment Initial Draft

Once your confirmation has been received, the first invoice (for the initial product) will be issued.
Following payment and submission of all required details, you’ll receive the first digital draft within 3–5 business days.

5 | Design Phase

If needed, you can request revisions. Two rounds of edits are included; additional changes are charged at €50 per revision.

6 | Print Approval Production

Once you’ve approved the final design, production begins. Depending on the print technique and level of assembly, this takes 2–3 weeks.
Your order will then be carefully packaged and sent to you as insured delivery.
