With our design collections, you’ll typically have high-quality stationery in your hands within just 4-5 weeks (assuming timely submission of your texts print approval). This allows you to quickly and easily select the appropriate designs and enjoy the anticipation of your special day.

The Ordering Process

1 | Selection Design

Choose your desired design from the PapierRomantik Design Collection that best suits you and your upcoming event. In the Collection Guide, you can get an overview of the possible customizations for your desired design and select your favorite.

2 | Inquiry Quote

Share your desired configuration with me in the contact form for design collections. Within 3 business days, you will receive a quote tailored to you and your wishes.

3 | Quote Confirmation

If you are satisfied with the quote, confirm it to me in writing. We can discuss any questions that arise during the process via email. If desired, a phone consultation can be booked additionally.

4 | Payment Initial Draft

Following your quote confirmation, the first invoice for the first product becomes due. After receipt of payment and provision of all necessary information, you will receive an initial digital draft within 3-5 business days.

5 | Design Phase

If necessary, you can now express any change requests. 2 revision cycles are included; additional changes are charged at €50 per revision cycle.

6 | Print Approval Production

After you have given me the final print approval, production begins. This takes 2-3 weeks depending on the printing process and finishing. Afterwards, everything is well packaged and sent to you in an insured package.
